"The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!"

"We had a garden room and found it was very spacious and clean, large bathroom not often rooms exceed expectation but it was very good. Staff were very friendly but we felt staff in the restaurant area needed direction (if they had just started this would explain it) guests were kept waiting to long ..."
