"Before I write this review, I want to emphasize, I was here for 3 days and writing on June 2026. Please watch out for scams! The rooms are hot and the AC doesnt run without a card and they only give you 1 key which is Rs50000 (not free) so if you leave your room and come back wait for 2 hours for the AC to run well. At checkout they showed me a picture of an dirt mark on the sheet which was 1cm big (from my toddler) and they said they give us penalty of $20. I asked them, Did you wash your sheet and it didnt go and then you charge me? They said they dont wash them, they expect the guest keep everything clean. What a joke, we slept on dirty bedding for 3 days???? When I told then I am a lawyer and I will take them to court for this, they pleaded “okay okay no charge, no penalty for you”. Hahaha. What a huge scam. Never stepping back in, will not recommend to any foreign traveller who doesnt speak their language. If you have tolerance for scams that you barely escaped, youll probably give them a 3-4 stars. I am sorry but I dont. I see a scam, I report a scam. Hope a new traveller reads this and learns from our experience. Was ready to give them 4 stars until the checkout experience and learning that they dont clean sheets and will scam you for any dirt on the sheets BEFORE cleaning them (not after!!!!)"

" List - building works within hotel very noisy other people also complaining. 30 steps up stairs to room no lift. No wine by glass on menu only house wine. Electrical connection for boiling kettle under cupboard on floor boiled kettle on ground. Toilet full to top with water( got person who flushed it but didnt fix it. Electrical fittings in wall looked home done. No meat on menu first night. Stair rails unsafe, wobbly rails including stairs to restaurant.Asked for ground floor said no.There was 4of my family we lasted 1night of 10 and checked out .They then decided they might be able to move after we packed and found ourselves new accommodation Too late we left and had to pay again for new hotel. Place grubby false advertising not modern or clean. Spoke to management about refund not interested. Said talk to Expedia. Never again and would warn friends against hotel. Pam Campbell"

"Property is big, buffet breakfast is crowded, small selection and feels like a battle just to get some food. No order with people pushing in. Pool is nice, problem is no shade while in the water and people leaving towels on loungers for hours while they are not even around, needs to be policed to give people access. Plenty of lounges by the beach though. Rooms and linen outdated, linen definitely due for replacement. Grounds are very well kept. In a great spot but unlikely to stay there again."
