hôtel immense , beaucoup trop de monde , surtout à la plage et au restaurant ,sinon très beau complexe hôtelier . Avons été obligés de changer de chambre le lendemain , à cause d'une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain .

Sehr saubere Zimmer, extrem freundliche Kellner, Ramazan vom Hauptrestaurant sehr freundlich und super professionell. Kinderanimation wirklich klasse, tolle Kinderdisco, leckeres Essen und alles extrem sauber. Die letzten Jahre waren immer viele Österreicher und Deutsche im Hotel, was für die Kinder sehr schön war für die Kommunikation in der Kinderanimation und auch beim Abendprogramm. Dieses Jahr sehr ausgerichtet auf Gäste aus Russland was uns hier und da etwas negativ aufgestoßen ist in Bezug auf einige Situationen im Hotel. Wir sind Stammgäste im Magic Life und überlegen ob wir uns wieder auf andere Ketten (deutschsprachig) orientieren. Ansonsten wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Themen und originellen Shows. Familie mit zwei Kindern.

Für Familie mit Kleinkind super geeignet - tolle Kinderbetreuung, schöner Strand, überall sauber (außen & innen), abwechslungsreiches Essen, sehr guter Service. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Täglich wechselnde Speisen und Themenabende. Für uns und unser Kleinkind war immer was dabei und lecker. Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattet, alles hat funktioniert. Kleines Manko: wir waren im Erdgeschoss und da hört man die Geräusche aus dem Untergeschoss etwas (Disko), aber es war dennoch nicht störend. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand und das war unser Hauptziel. Bis zum Flughafen waren es 45min Transfer, was wir ebenfalls als super finden (dadurch auch kein Fluglärm). Wir waren jedoch nie außerhalb des Hotels - war so geplant - und können daher nichts zur Umgebung sagen.

Wir waren zu 4 +1 Baby . Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Unsere putzfee Neslihan hat immer sehr gut sauber gemacht und uns immer mit Bett Figuren überrascht . Danke dafür . Essenauswahl einfach riesig . Für jeden was dabei. Verschiedne Themenabende . Egal ob am Strand , Pool Restaurant oder hauptrestaurant , es gab immer sehr viel Auswahl und es hat geschmeckt . Der Kellner ramazan super nett und aufmerksam alle Wünsche erfüllt und super sympathisch ein herzensmensch , saban der Kellner ist auch wunderbar und aufmerksam .ramazan kann bis heute niemand toppen und er bleibt unser lieblingskellner danke Ramazan .Strand Abschnitt super . Sehr schöner Sand Strand . Die Buggy Fahrer waren immer super nett und freundlich . Einziges Manko unser Bett war so hart man spürt jedes Draht . Und das die minibar nur einmal aufgefüllt wird und danach Geld kostet ist blöd da hatten wir günstigere Hotels wo es jeden Tag aufgefüllt wurde. Und Thema Sauberkeit die vitaminbar am Strand überhaupt nicht sauber . Alle sim Ganzen kann ich dieses Hotel mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen . Danke für den tolle. Urlaub wir kommen wieder

Wir waren zum 4..male dort und auch zum letzen male. Das Hotel war total überbucht. Hiervon 90 % Russen. Das Essen war teilweise kalt, und man musste lange anstehen bis man überhaupt dran kam. Der Speisesaal war toral überfüllt und auch mittags war es einfach zu voll. An der Wunderbar stand man teilweise 10 Minuten an um ein Getränk zu bekommen. Die Qualität des Essens hat sich gegenüber dem Vorjahr leider verschlechtert. Für uns hat sich das Hotel erstmal erledigt. Auch am.Pool und am Strand war Hochbetrieb. Das Verhalten einiger Gäste lies mehr als zu wünschen übrig.

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht. Sehr moderne und sehr schön angelegte Anlage. Die Zimmer sind riesig und die Betten sehr bequem. Es ist alles sehr neuwertig und es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung geachtet. Das Speisen Angebot ist vielfältig, aber nicht überragend. Dafür sind die Getränke und Cocktails sehr hochwertig und schmackhaft und werden liebevoll angerichtet. Das Sport und Freizeitangebot ist sehr vielfältig und kann mit der App einfach gebucht werden. Der Strand-Abschnitt ist riesig und sehr gut betreut. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Im Allgemeinen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Auffällig war schon am ersten Abend als wir zum Abendessen kamen,keine Bedienung kam,jedoch einige Tische bevorzugt wurden. Die die Geld zusätzlich an die Bedienung zugesteckt hatten wurden immer sofort bedient. Das zog sich die ganzen Tage so weiter,bei allen Dingen. Beim Essen war das einzige das das Essen nur lauwarm war bis man am Tisch war,dies war aber durch die langen Laufwege und eben durch fehlende Plätze . Ansonten ein schöner Aufenthalt.
