"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Premium hotel. The room is nice, clean, and spacious. And each staff was so friendly and helpful. Lots of options for the breakfast. The Air con in the hotel was absolultely life saving during the hot weather."

"The spacious, clean room and helpful, kind staff were hotel highlights. The fact that spa and water park facilities were included in the price is incredible. The only suggestion for improvement in the surrounding area is a mini-market for guest convenience."

"We liked the rooms and the breakfast (in the nearby restaurant). Both rooms were clean and comfortable. There isn't much in terms of amenities We had some issue with the parking as guests are parked in front of and behind each other and early 1 morning I was woken up and asked to find my husband to move our car.... I ended up at reception in my pj's! The staff apologized but blamed it on other guests and later refused any notion of waiving the parking fee for that day. Not ideal."

"The hotel has numerous outdoor & indoir pools as part of it's Wellness centre where you can also buy massages. However, it's a shame that everyone smokes everywhere, no dedicated zone. You can walk for 20 mins to Restaurant Siki, but hotel is really far out, so you need taxis, as buses don't run late. Breakfast is okay & is laid out early / self-service."

"This is adults only hotel spa. The suite was as good as it gets. Parking was free and plentiful. This is important as you pretty much have to have a car. Stunning surroundings. If you really must have the whole nine yards, Fruške Terme Movenpack is a sister hotel which you can use. Breakfast was a great buffet. I would not eat every meal in the hotel. Luckily, there are several small local restaurants near by. Or, you may choose to use the kitchenet. I fully recommend it."

"The female receptionist on the night I checked in was very helpful in showing me where to park my hire car as due to roadworks I had struggled to find the hotel."
