Just being honest on what was expirienced

Firstly Property cannot be contacted. Staff are not so friendly and accomodating. Not so much of a warm reception from the staffs. Wont let us utilize the pool, always with different reasons. The room was spacious. Grounds of the resort were very clean and well maintained, and the staff were super friendly. The inside of the room could use more attention when cleaning (ie. up in the high cupboards, filter for air conditioner).
