"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. During our stay there was a film set in place for Father Brown and a restriction at the end of the road. It didn’t take away from our stay, but was glad of the premier inn parking just a 100m away. "Fantastic location , very helpful staff, One of the best breakfast choices I have ever had in an Hotel. This is my 3 rd time staying here and will definitely be booking again. Can highly recommend room 201 for space , comfy beds, roll top bath , separate shower. With outdoor temperatures of 36 the room air conditioning was struggling, but two tower fans were very welcome"

"The room we had was upgraded slightly which was nice . The room cleanliness was lovely and clean and housekeeping staff need to be praised. The only issue I had was lack of communication with the emails I had been sending and not being answered and when they did and wrote a reply again no answer. Staff need better communication when emails are sent and also training on how to respond. The messages that I was sent last night from them basically made me out to be a liar . Due to this i wouldn’t stay here again ."

"The hotel was lovely for our stay. The breakfast was good and included options for gluten free. There were a few spots that needed a little attention in my room mostly on the baseboards, the nightstand between the 2 beds had a broken shelf, and the restaurant service was a little slow but the food was filling the first time we went, the second time they were maybe busy but they put 5 shavings of cheese on my cheesy garlic bread and the soup was watered down, however I would definitely stay again"
