"This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them did not speak neither English, nor German. Not worth 4 stars if you ask me."

For me this is not a big problem, but it is the reason why I can not buy a weekend at this hotel for my parents, who do not speak English. And that would definitely make them feel uncomfortable"
