"The only reason I stayed as the advertised close to airport and could book a transfer to get you there- taxi was 30 mins late and I had hectic time to catch my flight Room service wouldn’t answer the phone, I ended up walking to restaurant which was empty and 3 guys doing nothing- I ordered and they delivered it to room I’m not saying anything good as they let me down for the reason I booked to stay there"

"The hotel receptionists ( 2 ladies) exceeded our expectation. On the first day, our room was swapped overlooking pool with exceptional room size and all room facilities. The shower room was large with hot water 24/7. The restaurant served great and tasty food. The waiters were all very helpful and saw to our every need at breakfast and dinner. Our room areas was cleaned daily, all th3 staff are trustworthy which is reassuring. The lady who cleaned our room took pride in her job and the rooms were spotless. Thank you Ziva, hope to stay again in March 2026.Fat Tiger restaurant did some amazing and reasonably priced food and non alcoholic drinks. The road leading to the hotel was full of large potholes and car journey even in a large 7 seat people carrier was uncomfortable. "
