"My room was very clean. The property was well-maintained. The staff was friendly and provided assistance when needed (I needed help with the room TV and check-out). They were able to answer my questions and get me the help I needed. Parking is free, but spaces go really fast. The breakfast buffet was unbelievably delicious. It definitely saved us some money from eating out. The elevators were a bit janky, but there are stairs available. Overall, I would rate my stay an A+. I would definitely stay here again!"
"This was the worst Hilton experience I’ve ever encountered.
My family and I were traveling overnight, prior to booking this hotel I called to let them know what time I would be arriving and to see if I would be able to check in early. I was told yes, so I continued my booking. Just to arrive at 5 am and be told the room was given away and they no longer had any rooms available for me to get into, until 11am. Fortunately, another hotel was accommodating and allowed me to pay to stay there from 5am- 12pm.Went back to Hilton around noon to check in again. Was assigned a room on the 9th floor, got there and the room hadn’t been cleaned, linen was still on the floor. Walked back to front desk and was assigned a second room on the 10th floor. Well someone was already occupying that room and we walked in on them. Walked down again for the third time. Obviously frustrated at this time and explaining to the front desk what just happened. Instead of the guy at the front desk being understanding to our frustration. He chooses to argue with us.
Abigail, who was the most understanding and accommodating of them all. Finally assigned us a room that was actually ready. The shower took at least 10 minutes to actually get hot. We tried ordering room service using the QR code that was in the room, just to find out after paying and waiting for our order that their system didn’t work, and we needed to walk down for orders. Lastly valet broke my vehicle key."
Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Shreveport-Airport, LA
2/10 Terrible
"They gave away our room and couldn’t accommodate our sleeping needs for our family of 5. The hotel was not in good shape, pool was in shambles, dirty walls and floors, smelled bad, and there was an odor of vomit in the elevator."
