Clean and comfy room

Clean, comfortable room and beds. Friendly staff. Biscuits and gravy and bagels for breakfast. Lots of parking for bigger vehicles.

My son and husband went hunting and stayed there. Said it was wonderful. The owner packed them snacks in the morning. Highlight of my sons day!

The people who run this place are very friendly, helpful and working really hard. Unfortunately they are trying to put lipstick on a pig. The linens, appliances and floor were clean, the bed was comfortable. However the building is old and run down, full of rust and mold. The doors and locks don't work properly, etc etc. This place needs to be torn down. I don't understand how the health inspector allows it to continue. Once again, the management was great.

Such a bad experience that we were supposed to stay for 3 nights. We stayed 1 night. When we checked in we were told there was no hot water and no internet. The property looks deserted. The bed was so uncomfortable no matter what position I laid it one body part was going to sleep. The bathroom was so small you had to walk in, and shut the door to get to the toilet. No counter in bathroom. There was hair on the walls of the bathroom. The linen was clean so that was a plus but overall I would not recommend this hotel- even if it did have hot water

Unexpected visit well taken care of

I went to the hotel on the early morning hours to stay and my request to stay for another night was approved. The manager of this hotel and his wife are very kind enough to offer any help in need. They treat us their family members. We enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is not in operation. They're closed down and don't answer their phone. I called their parent company OYO and got exactly zero help. Hopefully this listing will be removed to avoid any confusion.

There was no one there when we tried to check in. We called both numbers on the office door. No one responded. We had to drive 30 miles to find another hotel. Hotels.com kept me on hold for 30 minutes trying to reach them.

I left my driver's license at the property and the owner reached out through phone, text and email until he got a hold of me. With my flight coming up, he immediately mailed my license to my next destination and helped me avoid issues flying home. Would leave ten stars if I could!

My husband drove from Riverton to check in and could not reach anyone for over 30 minutes and ended up have to drive back to Riverton to hopefully find a room in the middle of a snow storm.

SCAM - we arrvied at property at 9pm, no one was there. There was a ph# mentioned to call/text. We tried calling and text, no one answered. Finally got a reply back after fee hours stating he doesnt work there anymore. We had to book room last minute elsewhere and pay extra. Expedia/Hotel didnt refund me. Not sure how is that our fault or why Expedia wouldnt intervenes. It seems scam, that they didnt provide service but still charged us and expedia did nothing.
