"Safe parking, plenty of towels, clean room, new TV with a working remote and on-screen guide, quiet property"

"Parking was ok. A section of the motel was blocked by the Yellow tape. The room was clean but the AC was not cooling enough. I had to keep it running at 63 to make it comfortable. AC was making loud noise. The wash basin was blocked and draining very slowly. The lights on the corridor are extremely bright and it brings so much light even through the blackening curtains. There was loud music coming from some nearby place till after midnight. "

"The issue with this hotel is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear the room next door at normal conversation level and the room across the hallways TV. Also, every door opening and closing down the hallway. We were on an upper floor and the water pressure was pulsing off and on which impacted the temperature of the shower."

"Had a family emergency and they allowed us to check in early after driving 20 hours straight to get to the area. Staff was very helpful and caring. Would definitely recommend this location. "

"Location is beautiful. Rooms were very nice. Staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Now as far as parking I feel like close parking spots should be for the people that are actually renting rooms. Day pass families should park somewhere else. Also day pass people should have a time limit on their passes. If the water park is open from 10am-8pm they should be allowed to stay for half the time so the actual guest can enjoy their amenities. My family wasn’t able to enjoy the pool because it was literally full from open to close. Water park was a cluster complete chaos. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style. But not much to choose from. 3 adults and 1 child over 12 $100 for one meal. Everything is way too over priced. Would I go back with what I know now??? No I wouldn’t "

"I have stayed at this property multiple times. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had so far. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of our room. That’s not such a big deal. The first night, there was a family across the hall with children running around in and out of their room. The child screamed and yelled for almost four hours. The next night there was a terrible odor in the hallways. It smelled like sewer or a broken toilet. It was a terrible smell. Also, no one checked on the room during the entire visit. There was no trash removal and only a small trash can. The kitchenette was missing essential items such as cutlery and bowls. I know we are charged a $50 deposit at check in, so I hope the staff were aware that the room was not fully stocked. Finally, they were renovating a room across the hall. I get that renovation is essential to the upkeep of the property, but it really made the stay uncomfortable with people coming and going at all hours, from early in the morning until after 6:00."
