"Hotel is based off of an older harbour theme. Looks pretty amazing inside and out, located right next to Yokohama metro as well."

"Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is tucked away in a tranquil corner beside the river. Surrounding area of the hotel is quiet but there are a couple of restaurants and convenience store 8 mins walk away. "

"The room was clean, comfortable bed, with great temperature control. It was perfect for us two. If you have mobility issues, (walk with cane, crutches, walker) I would go with a bigger room. Great room. Outdoor entrance and lobby was very classy. It provided health supplies (brush, toothbrush , toothpaste, skincare products, tea, coffee) if needed. Staff was very kind and let us store luggage for an hour after we checked out and even called a cab for us. Highly recommend this hotel!!! Great location…shopping, restaurants, and train station within walking distance."

"Everyone, including the reception staff, parking attendants, housekeepers, and store staff, are consistently courteous and professional. This is probably my fifth time staying here, and I’ve never been disappointed. The rooms are always very clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay again."
