"Kids loved the indoor pool"

"This hotel feels like family (and we do stay there when visiting Fresno family!) The staff service is always warm and excellent and the price and location are just right. Wishes: the pool opened earlier in the AM (we head off for our day before/by 10, so always miss having a swim); and the whole place REALLY needs a renovation lift. Dingey looking and shabby, looks "risky" though I know it's clean. Pillows bad. AC light beams throughout the night (glad i had sticky notes to cover it in my briefcase!) Oh, and washable utensils for breakfast bar would be nice in this day and age, hate to see the waste in the trash. I think a soaking bucket for sorting silverware would be perfectly acceptable for your clientele. THANKS!"

"They changed my room from two beds to one king without telling me I couldn't sleep with the person in the bed so they attempted to comp me another room for free on another floor when I went to the other room the keys were not programmed so I couldn't get in at all and the office was closed due to staffing so I was unable to use the room and one of us had to sleep on the hard floor ! And they charged me a $100 deposit that was not disclosed when I made the reservation I had to go get tools because there were none in the room ! Omg it was not a pleasant experience for sure "

"Property was about what you would expect from a motel and extended stay. Plus a lot of homeless people who otherwise harmless. Walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and next door. Having noisy neighbors doesn’t help. If you plan on being outside of the motel for the entire day and need just a place to stay the night this place is ok. Otherwise stay elsewhere. Location wise, There is a nice shopping center very close by for shopping and dining."

"Good convenient location located near many restaurants and shopping, although not necessarily in walking distance if you require that. The only negative would be that there was some freeway noise outside of my window, which might be an issue for light sleepers."

"The hotel was under construction the lobby was very messy the rooms was okay. Staff was nice continental breakfast nothing fancy."
