"I booked the property through Expedia and paid a non-refundable room charges on 1st Aug 2022. When I arrived at the hotel to check-in, they told me we have received no voucher from Expedia. The front office staff said, we have removed our listing on Expedia and not sure why it's still appearing there and allowing people to book our rooms. I WANT MY NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES BACK. WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS I DON'T CARE. JUST REFUND THE ROOM CHARGES WHICH I PAID."

"the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. "

"Small but fine hotell. Good price. Perfect when you just need a night or two. Good service, friendly staff. Warm shower, clean towels and sheets and an AC that works ;-) Recommend!"

"Not worth the tariff charged (11k per room), room up on arrival had smell of smoke. Though the staff turned on the ventilation but wasn’t that effective. Nearby hotel had a wedding so was a lot of noise (not hotel’s problem). But it wasn’t value for money. "
