We rented 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were infested with roaches. When we complained to the night manager, she was very nonchalant with her attitude and just asked for the keys back while saying they just had pest control come out!

When we arrived to check in the property was extremely run down and unappealing. The room was not even cleaned, ready for us to check in and we did not arrive before check-in time.
