"Room as expected and stayed before. Kids loved the pool. But reception just isn’t open enough to actually take advantage of the ‘free’ breakfast as can only collect after 8:30am.. and it shuts at 8pm the night before so not that great. Poorest area was the washing machine… free to use which is great, but after trying it, no cold water getting to the tub so just spinning with no water so not getting clean. Then told staff, came and looked, put it on warm and said it was fixed… stood there watching the hot water go in, when it stopped, opened it up and half full as still had no cold water, and it was draining out the bottom. Could tell he wasn’t interested in actually fixing the problem so I had to take my half wet, dirty clothes to a 24hr washer… "

"Parking was secure and access to the room was easy once I got in. The room was temperate and comfortable but the Apartment building is new and getting onto town was a drive away. After driving 6 hours to get there I would have preferred to have been told prior to arrival that I needed my car to go shopping or our out to dinner. "

"Beds were very comfy, only stayed for the 1 night. Staff were friendly. We arrived late and had to call property to ask how we get access to the room after hour as website says office closes at 7pm to be told they don’t communicate until after 9pm. That’s confusing. "

"The photos show a pool area suggesting that it has its own swimming pool, but it is near the local pool in town."

"Easy parking really friendly and helpful staff. Our 2 dogs loved being there and loved walking around the park. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Will definitely stay again."

"Curtains had mould. Ants on bathroom walls and kitchen bench. Could not use kitchen facility as we did not have a stove in our room. $25 each for cocktails that bar staff had no idea how to make. No room service or any services were available. The view was great though. I would not recommend. "
