Novotel Surfers Paradise
There was a delay of almost an hour in checking in as our room wasn't ready at 2pm. They did give us a room with 3 beds which was appreciated. The view was spectacular and couldn't be faulted. Staff are always amazing. Rooms are clean and tidy. Great location. Stay here a few times a year. Wouldnt stay anywhere else.
