Shipborne Trips (flight + hotel)

Perfectly adequate, but we were there on a VERY warm long weekend in London. Room on 3rd level was attic-like hot. Was able to crack windows and they did leave 2 fans. Toilet really didn’t like to flush anything solid. At all. Brought to staff attention but didn’t appear to trigger any action.

Great location, staff were friendly and the room was very comfortable and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear any doors or toilets flushing etc. The martini I had in the bar was probably the best I’ve ever had!

The stars and service question and rating are subtly skewed as the hotel itself the staff was phenomenal and top tier. However, the restaurant staff on property for Luciano by Gino D’Acampo was utterly horrendous, waited 45 minutes for water refills and only received because I got up to ask for them, not much was done at all about the issue other then restaurant management making excuse of being short staffed, but she couldn’t be bothered to check on us or anyone else knowing that? We received a 20% discount upon checkout and lodging a more formal complaint in the lobby. We had reservations for two months and made it our last meal in the UK and couldn’t had been more disappointed or let down. The hotel nice, their restaurants, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

For 700.00 usd per night i would hope it would not resemble my sons college dorm room . A large frosted glass window with no view. Not even a coffee maker, they did provide a tea kettle.

Amazing staff and service! Loved it! Rooms were specious and beautiful, lobby and restaurants were always filled with fresh flowers, so gorgeous! Thank you for the best stay in London!
