Its also very quiet and safe around the hotel so we liked that. It was hard to find a restaurant within 20 minutes walking that was open for dinner, but we met a sweet auntie who told us where to find good food. I loved japanese rooms that consist of spacious view side and tatami floor; my room had split toilet and shower stall as well, which is massive plus bc i dislike UnitBath system. Lounge access was great with local specialty beverages and snacks. The premise has so many retails and entertainment places. The buffet offered wide varieties that went beyond my expectations. Overall, one if the best establishments in Kinugawa. The outdoor bath on the highest floor was massive plus. "

"We had a very relaxing family holiday here. There were hardly any other guests when we stayed, and it was almost like having a private resort.The restaurant staff made us two lovely dinners and breakfasts, the first dinner was an intricate kaiseki spread, and the second was delicious grilled steak. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Japanese and Western style meals. The lounge area provided all the drinks and snacks and cup noodles we wanted, and we had a very nice walk around, and up into a snowy area by the river. It was nice to relax in our own private onsen tubs whenever we liked. The surrounding town is pretty quiet, and we didn’t have much time to explore it, but the river and woods are very beautiful. "
