The evening Registration person could not understand English. Even with Google Translate we had a difficult time. He didn’t offer to help us with the language barrier, but just stood there with a blank look. No explanation of services, breakfast hours or that we had to pre order for breakfast. The morning staff was better and tried their best to help us with breakfast.

初めての五島旅行で、主人と娘夫婦、孫3人で2泊お世話になりました。 2泊目が孫の誕生日で、ホテルのレストランでディナー、誕生日のプレートトも用意して頂き良かったです。ディナーはとても美味しく、みんな満足していました。お部屋もとても綺麗で選んで良かったです。 機会があれば、又宿泊したいです。

コスパ最悪、アクセスも最悪

確かに新しいホテルで、清潔感はあるものの、市街地から離れているわ、値段の割には取り立てサービスが良い訳でも無く、ネットに任せたホテル予約はよくよく注意しないといけないな、とつくづく思いました。この値段で港への送迎もないわ、BSテレビボタンあっても見られ無いようになっている。人生最悪のホテル選びでした。
