"We were in town for AAU volleyball and this was a great location to get to OCCC!! Nothing fancy, but very clean and excellent interactions with every staff member we came in contact with. The only thing I didn’t realize when booking was no microwave in the room which would have been helpful but definitely not a deal breaker! The pool area is nice and very well maintained. Would stay here again if in the area."

"Staff was very helpful and courteous, being at the hotel is such a save on convenience. Being so close to the park and having the ability to go back to the room for a 30 minute break and go right outside to the park immediately is totally worth it. Saved us during the rain spurts in the day. We were able to go to room and take a break dry off change clothes and start a new. Beautiful clean rooms, hotel gives you the option to text for more things you may need to be brought up to your room. There were even filtered fountains on every floor by the ice machines you could use to fill up your water bottles. That was such a pleasant thing to have available. We would fill our souvenir cups with ice and water before we left and while we were in the room. Free shuttles were available right outside the front door with shade covered. They also will hold your luggage before check in or check out if you have delays. The view from the bar top restaurant is definitely worth to go visit especially at night during the ending fountain show or fireworks. They have a mini Starbucks downstairs lobby and don’t forget pool side restaurant, that was our favorite place to go eat. Very delicious food."

"We arrived a little early, the front desk person, I think his name is Jonathan, instead of just saying the usual "room is not available", he went up and checked if it was available for us and it was. It allowed our family to rest and we were able to see City walk that afternoon. Our family is really grateful and appreciative for that."
