"Good hotel. Missing curtains in room, unable to make the room dark for sleep. Staff was nice and friendly."

"Room was clean. Had a large group of teens running around the hotel for an hour before we had to say something. Once we did we didn’t her them again so we appreciated that. Breakfast was just ok but I didn’t expect a full restaurant experience. Location was close to good restaurants and shops. Would stay again if in the area again."

"The hotel itself is very nice. However the location of the hotel is not ideal. This hotel is located next to a freight train track. If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend this hotel at ALL. All night long, the train passes every couple hours. Every time it passes, you will hear the horn at least 10 times. The hotel offered one pair of ear plugs, thankfully my husband had his noise canceling earbuds. Our room was located on the highest floor and that did not make a difference."

"To much noise at night time"

"We got two rooms one of them better than the other. One room the door to the hall was cut off to short and was about 2 inches off the floor. It made for noise and a lot of light. We had to put pillows at the door. The sink and shower was stopped up in that same room."

"We have stayed here two times and both times have been very good experiences. The on-site restaurant is very good and the cafe shop in the mornings hit the spot. Very charming property with large, luxurious Tuscan-themed rooms, a spa and a charming pool. It is a very good alternative to other stays in Lancaster City. "
