"We stayed in the South building. The staff are incredible. Attentive and professional. Food and service was outstanding. Room was small but comfortable. So good having ski in ski out. Godala at the door and we were lucky it snowed and we had good skiing in mid Dec. Only thing I would have changed was to book the 3 bed room for a bit more space and views over the ski field. Bus from Nagano Station was easy to catch with luggage."

"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing.
