To cope, I had to tilt the air purifier to point at me just to cool down a bit. On the positive side, the water pressure in the shower was generally good, making for a decent short shower. "NEverything about the hotel is superb from room to buffet food offered, the Onsen pools and self service laundry facilities. They also have professional violin entertainment in the evenings. While the hospitality is unique with ladies in kimono bowing & greeting upon arrival & departure, the only odd thing, is no luggage assistance at all and we wonder how the elderly are able to cope. "I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is in a good location, just a few minutes walk from the Fisherman's Wharf and is very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - you choose from one of four choices each day. The beef is truly wonderful. You also get access to a small lounge by the front desk which provides free water and juice all day. There is also the option of free soup and/or curry in the evenings should you want it. Staff are lovely too."
