"Everything and everyone was amazing. The food was fabulous. Some restaurants were booked before we had a chance to reserve a spot, but fortunately, the main dining hall had such a huge variety that you could eat there every day and be satisfied. The staff were always super helpful. I gave a 4/5 because there was a slight gap in the level of attentiveness between dining hall staff, bar tenders and housekeeping vs. spa staff, concierge and desk staff. The first group was always pleasant, seeking to serve, personable and welcoming. The second group, always direct and matter of fact, sometimes made you feel like you were bothering them by asking questions. They still came through and helped automatically. The property was so beautiful. The entertainment was fun and nonstop. There was always something to do. The day time pool parties were top notch, and there were also quieter pools if you just wanted to relax. The small water park (slides) was a gem. "

"After visiting large resorts, this was a very nice small resort to just lay back and enjoy Jamaica’s beauty. The beach and sunsets are breathtaking. The food was authentic and delicious. The drinks were great. All the staff we encountered were welcoming and helpful. "

"Had a great stay at hotel grand A view. The dtaff were amazing, super kind, friendly and caring. The hotel is great it kind of gives you the hotel/resort feel all at the same time which i thought was very nice and unique. Such a peaceful and well kept property. I will definitely be staying here again in the future"
