"My room was decent... nice room... the temperature dropped one night and i turned on the heat which lifted the smell of cat urine from the carpet. I called the front desk and they brought up a plug-in deoderizer to suppress the oder. It did by about 80%."

"Clean & comfortable. There was only a keurig, no drip coffee maker as listed. The bathrooms were located off both bedrooms, so not the most convenient. Finding the garbage chutes on floors 1-18 were nearly impossible! Our instructions said "behind an unmarked door" and I didn't see any, all doors ..."

"The property listed is not at all the actual property. This is a switch and bait. The outside door was not working properly, when we went to breakfast we had to wait 45 minutes before someone can and let us in. When I called about the door issue, I was told that it was a known issue."
