"checked in at 3p, had to wait an hour in the lobby because our room hadn’t been cleaned. when we finally got to our room, it was very dirty. there was some random person’s pajamas in the bathroom, dust and hair on almost every surface. the sheets were stained. booked the jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was full of hair and soap scum. clearly wasn’t cleaned at all. also had black mold on the grout in the corner. had housekeeping come back and clean it again, but it was still not very clean. we...

"Very comfortable bed. Nice tub for soaking. Very good public
hot tub though inside pool was too cold to want to go in. Room floor needed to be properly cleaned, not smeared. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion containers all needed to be filled, not just half of them. "

"Room was fine for my one night stay, the only issue was trying to figure out the TV as there was two remotes, had to get the proprietor to show me because the written instructions were incorrect, continental breakfast was very good, just wish it had some OJ.

Nice property could use some improvements
" Nice and modern looking lobby and restaurant. Layout of the breakfast area was better than most. Scrambled eggs were dried out and the decaf coffee was so weak they had to remake it. Suggest some fresh fruit and yogurt be added to the selection.
The layout of our room was weird like they had made a guest room out of some random space. Hard to move around. Other than that it was clean and comfortable."

"The man at check-in was so friendly - but not over the top weird! Great guy! The woman taking care of the food was SO sweet! She is doing an excellent job! The food was more than I expected with eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, bagels & cream cheese, and all the other normal stuff at a continental breakfast. The hallways/lobby were quite dingy (they do have a sign up saying they are remodeling but I didn't see much evidence of it) and I was a little nervous what the room would be like, but when we opened the door it was beautiful! So clean and updated and didn't even feel like it belonged to the same hotel! Hands down this place was worth it! And my kids enjoyed the pool (although it would be nice if it was opened at 6am rather than 8am)."
