Great accommodations.

Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, roomy bathroom so that two people can get ready at the same time, excellent location with a view of Lac des Nations and walking distance to a good restaurant, excellent coffee shop. Lots of parking and friendly staff. Only downside is that there is no restaurant in the hotel.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a perfect stopping point between Boston and Quebec City so that I didn't have to drive the 6.5 hours all in one day. The microwave was a bonus since I do a neti pot every day even when I travel, and the underground parking was a lifesaver and worth the extra cost since it was snowing when I arrived and snowing when I left the next morning. I walked to a Michelin recommended restaurant for dinner, which was great because I didn't have to move the car and even though it was cold, I enjoyed getting a little glimpse of Sherbrooke including St. Michael's Basilica-Cathedral which was all lit up for Christmas.

We had a great stay at the Grand Times in Sherbrooke. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The hotel and room were very clean. I recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Sherbrooke and will definitely stay here again when I return to Sherbrooke.

Clean and modern, the room was nice. We appreciated the blackout curtains. River/lake view was nice from the lobby. Seemed a bit pricy for location, and parking is not free. But, parking includes garage which was not very clear to us until our last night.

The location of the property is perfect. The hotel is beautiful. The room is spacious and nicely decorated. The room we stayed has a fantastic view of the lake. Staff at the desk and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. Food is available at Marché de la Gare or shops near by.

It seemed nice and quiet. You had to forcefully jam the bathroom door to totally get it closed in our room - seemed about 1 cm off! Our card didn't work the next morning (before check-out). Wish they would have EV chargers in their parking lot. Otherwise, walkable to the best restaurant ever, river, and murals. Nice place.

We did not enjoy our stay. The room was small, we had to pay for parking, the swimming pool was very small and we could hear all the traffic from our room. We do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

Room was great and roomy. The amenities were also very nice. Well located also in the heart of Sherbrooke. Paying for parking is not great but in the winter, being able to put your car in the heated underground parking is a plus.
