"This hotel is incredible. More incredible is the staff. I left my passport inside the taxi that the hotel had reserved and Sam (I think he is the night manager) helped me to find the driver and made him bring it to the airport minutes before the flight was closed. And the breakfast? Out of this world! Thank you all! Will definitely stay there again when back to Shenzhen."
