Great location

Location is central , check in efficient with yummy Choc cookie . The concierge staff Rick is very friendly and helpful with places to eat . Used the paid spa facility as well and was satisfied.

I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay.

Polite and friendly staff!

This is an old hotel in Shenyang old town area. It next to a wholesale market which was very famous about 20 years ago. The hotel room is big enough for 1 person. Hotel staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. Maybe because it is still a Chinese style hotel, the lobby bar only provide coffee from 12pm. Overall I enjoy my 9 nights stay in this hotel

Hotel is centrally located, although there's not much in the immediate vicinity. It's clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The Cookie is amazing as usual. The only complaint is a few of the light bulbs were out.

This is an "off the beaten track" city not really suitable for the foreign traveler. Very little English is spoken...anywhere...interner connection is extremely poor...internsyion bank services sporadic. Shenyang is not like Hong Kong or Shanghai...places where in these things are available and common place.

五愛市場のすぐ隣！　早朝からあわただしい雰囲気の町並みから、中国のエネルギッシュさを感じ取れる。 そんなロケーションの真ん中にあるため、どこの観光地へ売った帰りでも、タクシーに告げれば黙って連れて行ってもらえる。さすがに、老朽化が目立ち始めており、バスタブ回りのシーリングが剥がれてきたりしているが、シャワーの水圧、湯量、温度ともに快適。ベッドが少しばかりヘタリ気味か？　私には柔らかすぎた。 部屋は広めで、一人旅であったので充分すぎるほど。フロントスタッフ、ベルボーイともに笑顔で迎えてくれる。朝食に関しても、質、味、量的にも満足であっし、各テーブルへの気配りもなされていると思う。ドアのカードキーに不具合が有り、何度もフロントへ降りてカード交換をしたのが疲れた。エレベーター脇の館内電話は故障のた使用できなかったのは、如何なものか？タクシープールが無く、旅行者の移動手段であるべきタクシーが待機していないのも疑問。付け待ちしているタクシーは「空港なら行く」との返答。 広大な土地を持つ中国は、空も広く、気分が良いのだが交通量が多く、騒音や大気の汚れは気になる所。 大きな交差点に建つので、朝のラッシュ時の車の多さには、若干引き気味になるが、充分に満喫でき、ビジネス旅行としての居心地は良かった。深夜にオーダーしたルームサービスの味付けも非常に美味しく頂けたのも、記載しておく。

房间稍微有点旧。出电梯通往客房的地面虽然铺了地毯但是仍然坑洼不平。服务员态度友好，但是门童没有帮助下车客人拿行李。

도매시장과 가까움, 태원가/서탑 중심거리와 우수한 접근성 공항과의 접근성은 약 40분 심양자체가 공항이랑 거리가 먼 도시가 아니라 어느 호텔이나 비슷할듯 호텔 등급대비 가격이 착함 가성비 좋은 호텔

Nice and clean room

The hotel is located in a convenient location accessible to most areas. I’m surprised how luxurious this hotel was. They served good American food in their restaurants. The rooms were much nice and clean much nicer than other rooms I’ve stayed at in other parts of China. Their staff was very friendly and most of them speak English. I especially like the breakfast buffet that they offered for a price of 120 rmb.
