"Enjoyed the pool and workout space very much. Everything was very tidy and felt like it was brand new. Typical hotel breakfast with waffles, eggs, bacon as well as the usual cold selection including hard boiled eggs. Excellent coffee in the lobby for our morning departure."

"We normally travel in a motorhome and don't stay in hotels much. But we had a short trip, so decided to stay at Spark by Hilton in Winchester, VA. We had stayed there before. The room was very nice but was surprised by the lack of a electrical outlet next to the bathroom sink for an electric toothbrush, etc. I really liked that the front desk texted me to see how our stay was going (nice touch). The first night, there was a loud, continuous commotion in our hallway and the room next door. So I texted the desk. They immediately took care of it. The next morning, same thing, but at 4am! I texted and they took care of it. Breakfast was good (would like to have seen some scrambled eggs!). Front desk employees were very friendly and attentive. We would stay there again."

"Shower didn’t have a lot of water pressure. Breakfast was not ready at 7 am. No decaff coffee, only limited food out, no yoghurts until we got up and left."

"This Tru by Hilton is the best!! The staff are super friendly, rooms extremely clean and the breakfast was fresh each morning with plenty if options. The pool table in the lobby was a hit, along with the outside sitting area with the string lights. Whenever I come back to this area, this will be my first choice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We stayed at this hotel on the 10th of May, while heading to Tennessee. The room was clean & had everything that was needed, even treats. The staff were wonderful! So on the way back from Tennessee we booked there again, BUT….. the room wasn’t very nice & smelled bad (cigarettes, this is a no smoking hotel with fines posted in the rooms) I have severe asthma so I notified the staff & they really worked hard to get me another room but sadly, that room was worse then the room I was given. We had to leave & went to another hotel. They refunded my room… All in all they are kind people who are trying very hard, the problem is that they seem to be a hotel / transient living (some of the men looked “shady”) & that doesn’t seem to work well. They need to be one or the other….. I cannot recommend this place if you have any breathing issues. If you do book, please notify them before arriving about any concerns you may have. They really seem to care & will do their best to make you comfortable & happy!"
