"Good location but lacked maintenance. Elevator door didn’t open on every floor. Room door was a struggle to open. You had to take your own towels down to front desk to get fresh ones. And Hotels.com said no hidden fees and we were charged a daily parking rate that was across the street. Also there were no ice machines, but ice bags were available for an additional $4 each."

"The pictures on the “resort” website are heavily edited. After an ordeal checking in, I got to the room, which had hair in the tub and bathroom sink, the “black out” curtains weren’t as described, and the list goes on. I haven’t actually left a negative review in a long time, but it was bad enough for me to do so. Both receptionists I dealt with were rude and refused to call a manager."

"The room and view was incredible. Beach access as well. Location of hotel is perfect."

"The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful. However, there was typically only one person so there was always a line of people waiting. We did require maintenance at one point and the maintenance man was there quickly and was friendly. We were in a room across the street. The lighting in the parking lot is poor. We were on the second floor and there are NO ELEVATORS! No good for two seniors with bad knees. The room itself was clean enough but the building is quite old and in need of major renovation. Our room was damp and there was mildew under the air conditioner. Also, no phone in the room so when we needed maintenance we had to walk across the street to the front desk. The pool was very nice, very clean. Plenty of chairs around the pool but the cushions were mildewed. We did see a couple of bugs in our room-nothing major, but when checking out I overheard the desk clerk talking with a couple that found bedbugs. We didn’t find any in our room. I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"Property was very pretty. You have to cross a busy road to get to beach but there is nothing blocking the view. Check in line was long and slow."
