"Staff: Chad at the front desk was extremely helpful for me on Friday October 2nd. I was in town for a funeral and timing was difficult for my daughter who was supposed to pick me up at the hotel. I needed a ride to the funeral home. Chad helped me get a taxi! I do not have UBER or LYFT on my phone. The cab at first wasn't sure to confirm he would come. Chad spoke with them again and the Taxi confirmed to come and get me to the funeral home on time. I was scheduled to speak. I appreciate everything he did to help me in a stressful situation!"

"Overall we had a great first time trip to KY. The hotel provides a full breakfast and “dinner” each day but it lacked in variety. We were underwhelmed by the cleanliness of our room. The linens were dirty, there was vomit in the carpet and the furniture stank. We were disappointed in the bathroom amenities for the price we paid. The hotel is conveniently close to a grocery store, many restaurants and shops. There’s easy on/off hwy access to The Expo Center, which is only 11 miles away, as well as Churchill Downs and the Nulu Neighborhood. Plus, there’s a Waffle House across the street!"

"Very well-appointed, spacious suite. Clean swimming pool. Wide variety of snacks for purchase and $2 beer. Included breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles etc. We wished we could've stayed longer. Excellent place. Only hitch: room keys didn't always work. Front desk staff told us later that they were the older model and couldn't get near our phone."
