"Right from our arrival, the check-in staff were fantastic! The breakfast offered a large variety of quality food. The young lady at the door 'Faith' was smiley and offered a warm welcome. The buffet manager "Chandon" was super helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. All in all a wonderful experience! I would go back to this hotel anytime! "

From the receptionist Coline, to the Director of rooms Assem, housekeeper Kelum and the wait staff in the Shang Palace Christine and every single staff were very polite and friendly!
