"Hotel was decent size room .. clean.. but when you had a shower water was going everywhere. Smoking bar was located by the pool and was closed at 20:00 and you have to go outside in the road side for cigarettes. Area was located in the area I never seen in Dubai. I wouldn’t feel comfortable to be out as made me feel very uncomfortable. The restaurant food was so bad we order even breakfast in. But staff were friendly. We ask the receptionist enquiry regarding the extension of stay as we are stranded in Dubai due to the war with Iran and they gave us a very high rate even more expensive than online. I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"The hotel is located in a very busy business district. Despite that, the rooms are extremely well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. It is very close to the World Trade Center and only a 5-minute walk from the metro station, which makes getting around very convenient. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. At checkout, they kindly offered to call a taxi and thoughtfully arranged a metropolitan taxi, which cost about one-third of the price of an Uber. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the room cleaning could be improved."
