"We have stayed here multiple times and with each stay, we get sadder...there seems to be more and more issues with cleanliness and up-keep of the property. This is the second time in a row where going into the room at check-in, where we had to call housekeeping back to clean the bathroom due to it smelling of urine. No staff is ever present in the pool area. With five pools full of guests, you would think there would be "
