"The door lock was not functioning properly and the front manager doest even care. The room we received was different from the pictures eventhough we booked a suit room it didnt even had a couch. "

Staff were ok, went to the restaurant to get a drink and the girl rolled her eyes when she saw myself and my friend waiting, then proceeded to take her time. Brekfast ran out by the time I went down (8:30) except the bread selection. Also there was no hot water for my friend to have a shower but there was for when I did earlier in the morning(6:30am)"

"We stayed at the Hampton Inn Moncton and had a very upsetting experience. What began as a disagreement between children at the swimming pool escalated because one parent became aggressively involved without, to my knowledge, any adult having fully witnessed what happened. A mother loudly accused my stepson and his friend of biting her daughter’s foot. Instead of calmly speaking to the families involved or asking staff to help assess the situation, she began yelling at the boys in front of many other guests at the pool. When I asked my partner to see what was happening, he approached in an attempt to understand the situation and de-escalate it. Instead, the mother became belligerent, repeated the accusations, and then went to the front desk and tried to have us removed from our room. During this confrontation, she also told me to “go back to my home country,” which was deeply offensive and unacceptable. I tried to explain that one of our children had a swollen lip while her daughter appeared to have only a scratch on her toe, suggesting that the events may not have happened the way she was claiming. Rather than discuss it calmly, she continued screaming profanities in front of guests and staff. Later, after we had gone for a walk with our dog and returned to the hotel, the situation escalated again. The woman’s husband and another man approached us aggressively inside the hotel, shouting profanities at my partner and creating an intimidating scene. I asked that police be c"

"Breakfast was a decent selection. Staff was friendly. "

"The hotel was nice overall with clean rooms. There was a basic breakfast included. The only thing bad was the noise level. Everything was squeaky, and anyone walked outside or above my room caused a loud noise."
