"Pretty decent for the price. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. Kids liked the water slide. Had some random odd things: a door to a room had been busted in and was just sitting there with a sign, the elevator would shake sometimes, the tv remote had the batteries taped in with no back (also didn't work).
Overall: would stay again, wouldn't pay more though. "

"I wouldn’t give them less than 5* because they are very nice and the rooms, bedding, common areas are very nice as well but the housekeeping staff is not top notch. We stayed here last year as well for a conference and the room wasn’t cleaned after we left the first morning. After returning at 10pm that day, we had to ask for fresh towels so we’d have them for the next morning. This time, the water bottles in room were not sealed and had a sip or two out of one of them….also there was a good amount of hair on the coffee table. We left the room as-is the next morning to see if they would clean the room and fix the issues (intentionally without telling them about the problem) and it did not get fixed after housekeeping came through. Also, they did not replenish the makeup remover wipes the next morning. There were three women staying in my room so this would have been nice to have had replenished. "
"Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, shower and hair dryer worked just fine. Hallways appeared to need a little repairing around baseboards in a few places, and there is no elevator on the side of the hotel we were on."

"The only problem was one of the two elevators was out of service, but it was not the staff's fault. Kids were jumping up and down in it and the result was it needed repairs. Front desk staff was most helpful and we had a light cleaning after the first of two nights we stayed, which was great. Recommend it highly."
