Parking was convenient and affordable, with a self-park option right next to the hotel that ran about half of the valet service cost and the hotel staff guided us right through how to utilize that lot most conveniently."

"I don't think people should pay for parking while staying at a hotel. St Louis has very bad parking issues. The room could of been a bit bigger but otherwise it was good . Communication was not the best with hotel staff. I asked a question one person would say yes then when I go to check the answer changes to no. Some of the front desk attendant looked lost or didn't know how to communicate very well or were just flat with conversation not very well mannered. Other than those few issues it was a good stay!"
