"Bad hotel. The person on duty was very slow and inefficient. He was not present in the morning when we needed to check out. The rooms were not clean and there were bed bugs in one bed. We got the bites to prove it. There was blood on some of the walls. I would suggest anyone staying here."

"We chose it for the spa which was well looked after and in good quality. The room was very tired, soft furnishing were ok but paint and decor was very old as was the bathroom. Food at the linden was adequate but at London prices. We only ate there once."
