"Staff was amazing. Tech question was answered by Ariana in person about a minute after we called the front desk. At breakfast, Dorrell heard me in the phone talking to my wife about the low-fat milk being empty even though it was after ten, closing time, he went to the kitchen and brought me some low-fat milk to take to her in the room. 15 minutes later I came back to refill her cereal (which I had dropped on the way to our room, 106. Another staff member, Casey, saw me and asked if I needed more low-fat milk. I had never talked to Casey. He must have heard Dorrell and me. After we checked out and were driving home, a car honked at us and Dorrell gave a very wave. Please give all three of them a raise or promotion or bonus. By the way, the front desk staff were also friendly with useful advice about where to eat and what to see. We plan more trips to the area, in part to stay at your hotel"
