"No frills but good location. I just needed a bed and shower during a trip to see a concert at the nearby De Montfort Hall. "I stayed here 18 months ago and they appeared short-staffed and 1 lift was out of order and I wasn't too impressed. But this time it couldn't have been better. Helpful staff, quick check-in and check-out , good breakfast and everything worked and was clean. I'd say they've got their act together. Perfect stay for stopover for the airport or business meetings in the area, and right next to the very useful resorts world complex."
