"Subject: An Amazing Stay at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh - Thank You to the Wonderful Team! I have just returned from a fantastic holiday at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh and felt compelled to write a review highlighting the exceptional service and wonderful experiences we had. First, I must extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Ahmed Amer at the Reception. His dedication and insistence on making our stay smooth and perfect were truly felt from the very beginning. I would also like to give a special thank you to Olga from Guest Relations. She was incredibly helpful and played a key role in ensuring we could try several of the fantastic à la carte restaurants. Our gratitude also goes to several other outstanding team members who made our days special: · Youseef at the beach burger station, who made the most delicious and juicy burgers. · Chef Saed at the à la carte restaurant L' Olivo, whose pizza, pasta, and steak were remarkable. · The incredible team at the Rixy Kids' Club. They made my daughter so happy that she didn't want to leave! Their energy and activities are a true asset to the resort. · The drivers of the golf carts (most of whom were named Mohamed!). They were fast, efficient, and a lot of fun. The food throughout the resort was largely excellent. The Sapphire Buffet was outstanding—so good that it rivaled some à la carte restaurants! Among the specialty restaurants, T-Bone and L'Olivo were absolutely amazing. If I were to mention one minor downside, "

"The Sunrise resort was pretty much what I expected, so was a pleasant surprise because of my relatively high expectations going in. One thing that could be improved is coffee preparation during off lunch hours. It took 20 min and asking 3 different staff to get 2 cappuccinos."

"The room was amazing. We booked the sea view and it did not disappoint! The staff were so nice and helpful. The service was great! The food was absolutely tasty and there were so many choices to choose from. You’ll always find something to eat and enjoy! We will definitely come back 😊"

"The Resort was outstanding in every way. The rooms were spacious, modern, tasteful. The resort itself had a beautiful layout, very well maintained gardens, and a sense of space. The restaurants were remarkable, I had the freshest fish I’ve had in a while. The personnel were consistently kind, helpful, resourceful. The beaches, the reefs were beautiful and the private boat ride to the island was wonddrful.. It was a thoroughly pleasant and top notch experience."

"The staff is very friendly and it was extremely clean. Constructive feedback would include trying to identify in English the ingredients in food at the restaurants. It was very challenging to find out whether the dishes were cooked with meat or not . Thepeople at the resort, extremely helpful and friendly, they did everything possible to make you feel comfortable. The scuba diving has excellent visibility. The biggest problem was that they did not pair up DIVERS according to their experience and degree of certification I was diving with people who are very inexperienced and had a shortest 32 minute dives. they need to pair people up from other resorts that are on the boat since there are many groups congregating at the same boat instead of pairing up people from within the resort on a larger boat. Also the payment system through the dive shop and the hotel needs to be improved since I spent two days trying to pre-pay hotels and diving, and they would not accept any of my Ten credit cards due to an error with US credit cards processing."
