I attended cop27 and stayed at the Albatross, this was the best decision that I’ve made. The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I will definitely come back for a visit

Service very bad nobody answered for room seri even the reception nobody answer, there’s no much activity, and when you need something you should go reception and you should asked more than 3 times, the food bad the same food every day.

Es war alles super, das Personal bemüht sich alle Wünsche zu verwirklichen. Einige Kritikpunkte jedoch waren, dass das Entertainment überwiegend nur in russischer Sprache stattgefunden hat, statt auf Englisch. Ebenso funktionierten oftmals nicht die Geldautomaten wo man in EGP wechseln kann. Aber ansonsten top Hotel! Klare Empfehlung!

Отель переживает не лучшие свои дни. Номер 2003 : ржавчина и плесень в ванной, протекающий душ, поцарапанный шкаф-купе, пятна на креслах. Номер расположен рядом с лобби-баром. На террасе лобби-бара ежедневно проводились вечерние шоу. Музыка играла очень громко, дрожали стены. Все это было не очень приятно. К пляжу и бассейнам претензий нет.
