Sheraton Shaoxing Shangyu
Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

Breakfast was ok, pretty standard. Room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was great, the sleep was excellent, the breakfast was superb, and they assisted customers with getting around the city. The area was very safe
