Free parking in a well lit parking lot. Secure location. Clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed. Excellent service by the Front Desk Representative. Very good breakfast bar. At the time of our stay, the motel's ice machine was out of order, but the Front Desk Representative provided a bag of ice to us. The motel's indoor pool was out of service. While this motel was clean, it is in need of updating of the interior decor.

Took going to 4 rooms before a good one found. First two did not have working TV and smelled terrible. Old carpets. 4th room nice new floors and very clean. The 3rd room the locks would not let you in. Doubt if I stay there again.

We have land in the Wheeler area and stay at the Baymont every time we’re in town. We’ve stayed here many times and have always had a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean, and the sheets and bedding are always fresh and comfortable. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It’s nice knowing we have a clean, comfortable, and dependable place to stay whenever we’re in Wheeler. We’ll definitely continue staying here!

Cons: Room smelled horribly of smoke and perfume spray to cover it up. Room said it sleeps 6 but only sleeps 5. AC struggled to move air or cool the room and bed smelled gross. Small other issues, tv didn't work and water pressure was low. Pros: Breakfast was ok but no fresh produce. Checking in and out was simple. Towels were clean. Has a working elevator.

The staff was accommodating, however there were a few issues. There were no TV channels other than HGTV. I asked the staff daily and they were not aware of on issue. The ice machine was not working so you had to get ice the front desk staff. The exercise room is not safe to use.
