"My kids and I love staying here when we have appointments in Kalispell. It being connected to a small mall allows my teens to have freedom to wonder with me close by. There is also a little casino that you can enjoy even after the mall closes. The pool and spa are indoors and also has a sauna we like to enjoy. The only issue we ran into was the room we got this last trip smelled heavily like a smoker was there. The staff is polite and quick with check in. The breakfast is always hot and delicious with a wide variety of options even through the week. The gentlemen who take care of it are always on top of keeping things fresh and full and never seen without a friendly smile. A great way to start our day."

"Everything about our stay was great. I had to come into town to do college finals and it was very comfortable, the pool and spa was great , the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was amazing,!"

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Although online and all the brochures advertise a free continental breakfast there is nothing available. We were promised that it would happen the next day, but there was nothing. The fan in the bathroom did not work and there was what appeared to be black mould at the top near the ceiling. The property was very rundown and stank of weed. It would definitely not recommend staying here."

"The building has recently been updated with new carpeting and furnishings. The facility is very clean. The staff at the front desk was very helpful when I needed to change my reservation. We didn’t eat breakfast there, so I can’t comment on that."

"Go back to complimentary breakfast and not this new $18 per plate system. Staff was overwhelmed and 2/2 the requested menu items were missing from our order. No syrup for waffles etc. I expected much more from Hilton"
