"The hotel is great overall. Couple things that kind of kept jumping at me: 1. A need to better train the table cleaning staff dutring breakfast. They have a tendency to clean dishes (not the table) right in a front of people having breakfast instead of taking dirty dishes to the stations and do it there. 2. The materials used for walls is mostrly wooden venner taht is glossy. It's good and bad. Good for overall look of luxury, thowever it requires more cleaning maintenenace to keep it clean. In the halls, on the doors and inside of room there numerous visible"

"Everything was perfect during my stay. The toilet and all the room features are fully automatic, which was great. The only thing I would ask the hotel to improve is the breakfast. There was not much variety to eat, and the portions for meat were very limited. They need to provide enough food to properly satisfy their guests."

"This is probably one of the best Rosewoods I have ever stayed in. Everything about our stay was perfect. It was my birthday and they made me feel very special. I have stayed at other 5* hotels in Guangzhou but from now on this is the only place to stay. Pool beautiful and not crowded. Both bars very busy and great atmosphere. Really couldn’t fault it. Room was sensational too!!"
