"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Staff were friendly throughout. Hotel was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The spa was fabulous and a welcome addition after a day of walking in Winchester. This is likely more of a personal request but since they have communal changing areas, bigger towels for those guests that just can't quite fit normal towels would be an appreciated addition - it's the little things! "

"Because of our timing we weren’t able to partake in food at the hotel at either end of the day. Unfortunate as the breakfast has always been great, Our room was cool which given the ridiculous heat, was amazing. The staff, as always were courteous and professional.
