"The shuttle to the airport was very timely and left as scheduled on the morning of our flt. We only waited about 5 minutes for puckup at the airport for our ride back to our vehicle at the hotel. Compared with others we have used in the past this onecwas definitely a big improvement."

"It wasn’t unnecessarily UNCLEAN but we did have a spider in our bathroom and after doing some research, it ended up being a brown recluse! We killed it and took it to the front desk to show them and I think their response was a little disappointing because of the severity of the type of spider was., they said that they would let me manager or someone higher up than the lady behind the desk, and they will get back to us. That was the first night. We checked out two days later and I had heard nothing from anyone. We brought it back up to a different staff member that was there when we checked out, and they replied to the same thing. But was nice enough to give us a very small discount, which is not what we were looking for. I thought they would at least offer to change our room come to find out they did not have the room we had purchased available. So if we would have switched rooms, it would be a downgrade. Which honestly the Lives of my husband, solving my children are worth a downgrade to know, and be comfortable that there was no brown recluse spiders in our room. They didn’t seem to know the severity of what we had found, and I explained it to the lady behind the desk and she was shocked. As we do appreciate the small discount we just wanted to be shown that someone cared about our children and how deadly those spiders are. Other than being on guard every time we unfolded a towel or sat anywhere honestly, the property was amazing and perfect for our trip!"

"No automatic opener on the double set of doors in building B, making it impossible to load in anything large. Horrible cool/blue light bulbs on the bedside tables. Sink no bigger than my hand. Zero noise proofing—the sounds of the people walking upstairs was a deep bass boom. Cockroach on the floor on my way out."

"Overall, it was a very dingy stay. ✅ Sheets had an odd smell ✅ Computer chair in the room was extremely tattered (looked like they got it out of a dump) ✅ Incredibly cramped bathroom (I'm not a huge-sized-person) ✅ Chipped floor panels throughout the room ✅ Rips in the shower curtain ✅ Very bare minimum amenities within the room ✅ Don't let them having a gym fool you, its very cramped and cluttered ✅ Card to enter the room took several tries to get the door open 🌟 The staff was pleasant (only good thing)"

"We didn't care for this room for numerous reasons. The TV had issues with the sound. Half the channels had sound and the other half didn't. The alarm clock numbers were only half lit so you couldn't read the time. There is only an outlet / phone charger area on one side of the bed (of course not on my side of the bed). The nightstands were so high and close to the bed that I felt I was going to hit my face on it or loose an eye. When we were moved to another room the only one of these things that was resolved was the TV sound. Alarm clock still didn't work so couldn't see the time."
