I think that, given a little amount of effort and focus on concierge level service, this property could become a real resort type experience. Get a little creative and watch the rooms fill up. "The property did not met the standard of Hampton. The bathroom had mold in the tile, there were no cups to get a drink of water and there was a musty smell. The front desk check in was excellent and the breakfast was superb. "
